Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must have a factory defect that may include but is not limited to, incorrect size and/or color, warping or disfigurement, or other defects out of your control such as damage due to shipping. You’ll also need to provide a copy of the receipt/invoice for proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at refunds@creativeimagingtampa.com. Please include the reason for your refund request and any pictures to support your claim.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at refunds@creativeimagingtampa.com.
